Mid Sussex Health Care is a Training Practice of 9 GP Partners (seven full time, two ¾ time) and two Salaried GPs. The practice population is just over 18,500 patients with three fully integrated health centres in Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint and Ditchling. We have a shared patient list system, which means you are registered with the Practice yet you can opt to see a Doctor of your choice, known as your Usual GP. We aim to provide high quality primary healthcare for our patients, with an emphasis on continuity of care.

The Health Centres open from 8.30am till 6.00pm.
Medical Emergencies Out of Hours:
From 6:30pm to 8am weekdays and from 6:30pm Friday through until 8am Monday morning, doctor cover is provided by HARMONI.
