New patients

registering as a patient

You are welcome to register with the practice if you live within the practice area.
 

Our receptionists will be happy to assist you but it would help if you have your medical card and proof of identity and residence, i.e. passport and utility bill. If you are unable to provide us with these documents the doctors and nurses will only be able to see you as a temporary resident.
 

You will be offered a new patient check with one of our practice nurses as this will enable us to take note of your current health status.
