SystmOnline services

 

For patients who previously used EMIS Access your login details will be migrated to the new online service, SystmOnline on 28th Aug 09. This means that you will not need to visit the practice in order to be provided with a username and password (please read on though...)

The migration of login details works in the following way:
On Emis Access, a patient logs in with the Access ID, EMIS Access Practice ID and password.

On SystmOnline, a patient logs in with a username and password.

The SystmOnline username will be 'Access ID_EMIS Access Practice ID'. The password remains the same, although any registration with a password less than eight characters long will not be migrated and you will need to visit the surgery. Please bear with us for the coming 2 weeks though of course. We would encourage patients to change their passwords the first time they use the SystmOnline service.

For Example:

  • Brian Jones attends The Practice and has an Emis Access logon made up of the following elements:

    Access ID - 1000
    EMIS Access Practice ID for The Practice - 4344
    Password - 2opensesame!

  • On SystmOnline his logon details would be:

    Username - 1000_4344
    Password - 2opensesame!
