In May, we had 4,427 online requests come through – It’s one of the ways we’re working to make access easier, helping patients get support without needing to call or queue.

Alongside that, we:

offered 4,615 appointments (79% face to face)

answered 4,512 phone calls

and issued 13,841 prescriptions
